We hope you’re happy with your order and if you find that a product is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact Customer Support here or file for a return in your Account section of BuffaloOutdoorsWorkwear.com.
Our goal is to treat our customers fairly and help you gear up without breaking the bank. Just as we strive for transparency and flexibility in our return policy, we appreciate your understanding and responsible use of it:
- We cannot accept exchanges at this time.
- Items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date and must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached, and have not been worn, altered, washed, or damaged.
- In order to continue offering affordable prices on the workwear gear you love, the buyer must pay return shipping & all items that are returned will be refunded minus a 10% restocking fee.
- We carefully inspect all returned items, and we reserve the right to deny or partially refund based on the condition of the returned product.
- We kindly ask that you exercise caution when trying on merchandise from Buffalo Outdoors. Items returned with stains or other damage that renders them unsalable will not be accepted. Credit for refunds are applied after the return item has been received and inspected for issues.
- We do not offer refunds on original or return shipping costs.
- We only accept returns from orders placed on BuffaloOutdoorsWorkwear.com. For orders placed on Ebay, Amazon, or Walmart please follow their return directions for drop shippers.

TikTok led me to Buffalo Outdoors for this awesome sweatshirt. Our little dirt & work vehicle enthusiast was over the moon when he received it for his 5th birthday. Ordered 1 pink and 1 safety green pullover. Everyone loves them,bonus my grandson is always visible pouring concrete with dad and granddaughter is easily visible running away on the farm. Good quality at an affordable price and even has a functional pocket for bottles and toys.

They both pretty much live in them took 2 weeks to get my toddler out of it for nap, my older boy wears his almost everyday.. this includes wearing it at his school Christmas concert üòÜ I got them last fathers day, and I am returning to buy a replacement...
