We hope you’re happy with your order and if you find that a product is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact Customer Support here or file for a return in the Account section of BuffaloOutdoorsClothing.com.

Our goal is to treat our customers fairly and help you gear up without breaking the bank. Just as we strive for transparency and flexibility in our return policy, we appreciate your understanding and responsible use of it.

We understand that returns are sometimes necessary. If you're unsure about sizing or have any questions about a product before you buy, please don't hesitate to contact our friendly customer service team. They're happy to help you find the perfect fit!

* To ensure the safety of our customers and employees, we are not taking returns on face covers of any kind at this time. That includes the face covers and gaiters. Thank you for your understanding.

 

RETURN DETAILS

  • WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES AT THIS TIME.
  • Items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date and must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached, and have not been worn, altered, washed, or damaged.
  • In order to continue offering affordable prices on the workwear gear you love, the buyer must pay return shipping & all items that are returned will be refunded minus a 10% restocking fee.
  • We carefully inspect all returned items, and we reserve the right to deny or partially refund based on the condition of the returned product.
  • We kindly ask that you exercise caution when trying on merchandise from Buffalo Outdoors. Items returned with stains or other damage that renders them unsalable will not be accepted. Credit for refunds are applied after the return item has been received and inspected for issues.
  • We do not offer refunds on original or return shipping costs.
  • We only accept returns from orders placed on BuffaloOutdoorsWorkwear.com.
  • For orders placed on Ebay, Amazon, or Walmart please follow their return directions for drop shippers.

 

HOW TO START A RETURN:

  1. Log into your BuffaloOutdoorsClothing.com account and navigate the to the Orders page to initiate a return. Please include as many details as possible.
    • Our Support team may reach out with any questions should any arise. You can also initiate a return via the form on the Contact Us page
  2. Once we approve the return, you will see the approved items as 'Authorized' in the Returns section on your Account page.
  3. Print out a Return Slip here or hand write a note to include in the package that includes:
    • Order Number
    • First and Last Name used at checkout
    • Email Address
    • Reason for Return
  4. Mail the return to:
    • Buffalo Outdoors Website Returns, 2300 Hamburg Turnpike Lackawanna, NY 14218
  5. Once the returned items are inspected for damage, please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to be released back to the original method of payment.
  6. Items returns without tags, or with damage will be subject to cancelation of the refund, partial refunds or store credit. Any cancelled refunds will be returned to the customer at their expense.
