Not a problem! If you do not have your order number, you can log in to your Buffalo Outdoors Workwear account here and go to your order history to find your order number.
If you did not create an account when you checked out, you can just email Support@BuffaloOutdoorsWorkwear.com and we'll help you out however we can!

Return Questions

In the event that you received a damaged, defective or wrong item, please leave the item exactly as is and email us at Support@BuffaloOutdoorsWorkwear.com to get a return started. We’ll be more than happy to help you out.

We are currently unable to offer exchanges at this time.

&nbsp

We only accept returns from orders placed on BuffaloOutdoors.com. If you purchased through an authorized retailer, please contact them directly to arrange a return.

&nbsp

Items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date and must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached, and have not been worn, altered, washed, or damaged.

Our objective is to ensure that all returns are processed within three business days subsequent to the receipt of the item. Please be advised that during the peak holiday season, processing times may extend beyond the standard period, potentially ranging between three to five business days.

After we receive your return, we will inspect the return. If approved please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to be released back to the original method of payment. Original shipping costs, if any, are unfortunately non-refundable.

We do not refund shipping fees for returned items.

&nbsp

At this time, we can only process refunds to the credit card account used on the original order. This is the standard process for online refunds and your bank or financial institution will route the funds to you as soon as they process your credit.
