The Buffalo Outdoors Full Zip Class 2 Hi Vis HD Work Hoodie was made as a convenient and affordable way to keep you safe, comfortable, and warm while on the road or at a job site. Equipped with a fleece lining, two front hand warming pockets, an attached hood, and 2-inch HD hi vis reflective striping on the front, back, and arms.

We hope you’re happy with your order and if you find that a product is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact Customer Support here or file for a return in your Account section of BuffaloOutdoorsWorkwear.com.
Our goal is to treat our customers fairly and help you gear up without breaking the bank. Just as we strive for transparency and flexibility in our return policy, we appreciate your understanding and responsible use of it:
- We cannot accept exchanges at this time.
- Items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date and must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached, and have not been worn, altered, washed, or damaged.
- In order to continue offering affordable prices on the workwear gear you love, the buyer must pay return shipping & all items that are returned will be refunded minus a 10% restocking fee.
- We carefully inspect all returned items, and we reserve the right to deny or partially refund based on the condition of the returned product.
- We kindly ask that you exercise caution when trying on merchandise from Buffalo Outdoors. Items returned with stains or other damage that renders them unsalable will not be accepted. Credit for refunds are applied after the return item has been received and inspected for issues.
- We do not offer refunds on original or return shipping costs.
- We only accept returns from orders placed on BuffaloOutdoorsWorkwear.com. For orders placed on Ebay, Amazon, or Walmart please follow their return directions for drop shippers.

I'm afraid that the coat is not going to work out. The sleeves are to short and to tight around the wrists. They would make it unacceptable for me to wear. I'm going to have to return it. Could you please let me know how I should go about sending it back for a refund or replacement. Thank you for the Hoodie though. I really like the way it fits.
