Our items are packed and prepared for shipment within one business day. Items purchased after 3pm EST may not be packed until the following business day. Once an item leaves our warehouse, it is in the hands of the wonderful people of the USPS and UPS. Please note that if there are delays, we do understand your frustration but this is beyond our control. Honestly, if were able to hand deliver each item to your doorstep, we would!

We cannot accept exchanges at this time.
Items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date and must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached, and have not been worn, altered, washed, or damaged.
In order to continue offering affordable prices on the workwear gear you love, the buyer must pay return shipping & all items that are returned will be refunded minus a 10% restocking fee.
We carefully inspect all returned items, and we reserve the right to deny or partially refund based on the condition of the returned product.
We kindly ask that you exercise caution when trying on merchandise from Buffalo Outdoors. Items returned with stains or other damage that renders them unsalable will not be accepted. Credit for refunds are applied after the return item has been received and inspected for issues.
We do not offer refunds on original or return shipping costs.
We only accept returns from orders placed on BuffaloOutdoorsWorkwear.com. For orders placed on Ebay, Amazon, or Walmart please follow their return directions for drop shippers.
